Kelsey Balzli is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Her love for theatre stemmed from performing in high school productions and has brought her here to NYC to pursue marketing for the theatrical arts and currently works at The Pekoe Group. For LRP, she has marketing and served as PR Associate for numerous film productions, including Moving Forward and The Days God Slept, and most recent stage projects include Samantha Grassian’s The Goldfish at the 4th Street Theatre, Miranda Huba’s Candy Tastes Nice at Madame X and Sartre’s Huis Clos / “No Exit” at the 45th Street Theatre and the Secret Theatre. Summer 2011, she worked as a marketing intern for The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey (Madison, NJ) and during summer 2012 she interned at The Play Company as well as Sleep No More NYC in the respective marketing departments. Jeanette Bonner is an award-winning actor, writer, and producer in NYC. Her self-produced solo show, "Love. Guts. High School." premiered at the Midtown International Theater Festival, where it earned nominations for Best Solo Show and Best Overall Production, which led to runs at the Chicago and Edinburgh Fringe Festivals. She is also the Executive Producer and Creator of web series "Ghost Light" - a series about a motley crew of stagehands - which was an Official Selection of the Miami Web Fest and earned a nomination for Best Supporting Actor. As a LRP Associate, Jeanette brings an array of performing experience in addition to a strong background in casting, marketing, box office, social media outreach, and crowdfunding. She holds a BA in Theater & Dance from Trinity College, Hartford, CT, and is a licensed NYC tour guide.

Katherine worked in audience development at Lincoln Center and development at New York City's historic Town Hall, and dabbles in marketing and PR freelancing and consultation. With LRP, Katherine served as Producing Associate and Box Office Manager for Miranda Huba’s Candy Tastes Nice at Madame X, directed by Shannon Sindelar. As a freelancer, she has worked with singer Natasha Novitskaia, The Mad Doctors, the Baltimore Rock Opera Society, and Classical Music Communications. Her professional background includes numerous years in FOH positions at Emerson College's Cutler Majestic Theater and Paramount Center, as well as a variety of positions at Epic Theatre Ensemble, The Play Company, and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. She holds a BA in Arts Management from Emerson College.

Heather is excited to join the LRP team as a producing associate in film production. Her producing credits include documentaries, short films, web series, and award winning content for multimedia journalism. In her senior year of college at the University of Arizona she worked as an associate producer for New York Production Services on their documentary, “Soap Life”, about the rise and fall of soap operas. The film recently gained distribution and acceptance into the Orlando Film Festival. After graduating with a BA in Film & TV Studies and a minor in Creative Non-Fiction Writing, she wrote and produced a comedic web series called “My Story” about a group of soap fans that go crazy after their daytime drama is canceled. The series received over 80,000 views on blip.tv. Heather also works as a freelance journalist and videographer, having worked with over twenty different publications including Soap Opera Network in covering the Daytime Emmys. As a Producing Associate, Kelly O’Brien is just as thrilled to be contributing to the LRP narrative as she is to be working with Lauren herself. With LRP, Kelly served as a Producing Associate and Box Office Manager for Joseph Hendel’s night of “Deadly Serious Comedies” in Times Square. She is a graduate of Fordham University and a member of the Rose Hill Honors Program. In the summer of 2010, Kelly was awarded the St. Edmund Campion Summer Fellowship, which funded her time spent as the Senior Museum Intern at the Smithsonian-affiliated Museum of American Finance, has interned with the Deconstructive Theatre Project, and worked for the radio station WFUV, an NPR affiliate that broadcasts to the greater New York metro area. At the end of her LRP internship in Summer 2011, Kelly produced a project of her choice with Lauren Rayner Productions. She wrote and directed a staged-reading of her original one-act play "Riley Collins Needs to Stop Dating Actors" with a post-reading conversation.
